Like most dark leafy salad greens, baby mizuna is a nutritional powerhouse; low in calories and high in folate, vitamin A, vitamin C and carotenoids, as well as containing antioxidant glucosinolates. It is a great choice to incorporate into your salad rotation, in case you’re getting tired of too much mesclun mix, baby spinach, and leafy green lettuce.
